Katy Perry Dyes Hair for Spring, Click to See What Color the 'Dark Horse' Songstress Picked [PHOTO]

Will Katy Perry's fans be green with envy over the singers recent hairdo change? Perry took to her Instagram page to debut her new haircut, a shorter cut dyed black and green, just in time for spring.

She captioned the photo, "SLIME GREEN FOR SPRING by my bb's @neeenaboo & @brantmayfield at the @mcmillansalon.

The "Dark Horse" singer is no stranger to changing her hair color, having strayed from her natural color of dirty blond to pretty much every color in the rainbow, sometimes multiple colors at once. The songstress most recently dyed her hair lavender before returning to her signature ravenous black locks.

She tells E! News at the 35th Anniversary Gala for Museum of Contemporary Art that shes, "wanted to go slime green for a long time. It's spring time and I think it's time to freshen up my look." 

She goes on to add that, "I'm really excited about slime green, but I hope my hair doesn't fall out. She comments on the new style as well saying, "I kind of cut my bangs in haste and now I want them gone."

Reviews seemed to be mixed from fans. Some of her followers are not fans of the new style and have took to Instagram to let their opinions known.

But it seems that more people happen to really dig the new colors. The photo has gotten a ton of positive comments.

The photo has gotten 253,000 likes so far.
