Is Katy Perry stealing some of her Prismatic moves from Lady Gaga?

Perry kicked off her "Prismatic World Tour" this past week in Belfast, Ireland and showed audience members a different side to the herself. In a video, Perry stands in a padded white room, reminiscent of a mental institution, and proceeds to go crazy. She sticks her finger down her throat and up comes blue and green paint, which she then sprays all over the walls and on herself.

Critics are quick to jump on the Lady Gaga/Katy Perry bandwagon saying that Gaga did it first.

In Lady Gaga's SXSW performance she brought Millie Brown, a performance artists up on stage with her who swallowed green paint and proceeded to vomit it up on the "G.U.Y" singer.

While Gaga's vomit filled performance got slammed by critics and other celebrities, Perry's has yet to feel the same wrath.

Demi Lovato was probably the loudest critic, slamming Gaga for her glamorization of eating disorders on Twitter earlier this year.

"Sad...As if we didn't have enough people glamorizing eating disorders already. Bottom line, it's not 'cool' or 'artsy' at all."

The copycat antics come on the heels of Gaga tweeting a shady message Katy Perry's way. Gaga took to her Twitter to make fans aware that Katy was indeed copying her ideas, for instance green hair and mechanical horses. Perry just recently dyed her hair green for the spring and performed song "Dark Horse" while riding on the back of a mechanical stead.

In Perry's defense, it's hard to find something that Lady Gaga hasn't done, often changing her performances on a daily basis. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery isn't it?
