Perry kicked off her "Prismatic World Tour" this past week in Belfast, Ireland and showed audience members a different side to the herself. In a video, Perry stands in a padded white room, reminiscent of a mental institution, and proceeds to go crazy. She sticks her finger down her throat and up comes blue and green paint, which she then sprays all over the walls and on herself. Read More »
