'X Factor' Season Premiere Promo, Britney Beats Simon, Demi Lovato 2 Second Laugh [VIDEO]

The X Factor USA judges are not playing nice to its contestants this year with the first promo video featuring Britney Spears criticizing contestants in a manner that could kick Simon Cowell off his throne.

The second promo video clip has been released and it begins with a repeating mantra "Are you ready?"  Spears doesn't hold back and says to one hopeful, "I don't know who let you on stage"

Cowell also shot down a contestant in the promo saying, "You perform like a dog trying to lay an egg," followed with an expression that reads "did I say something wrong?"

Demi Lovato receives a short 2 second coverage showing her cute laugh.  The 19-year old has proven over the past weeks that she is wiser beyond her age and a good role model, especially when she kicked two drug rapping contestants off the stage.

"The X Factor" will debut on Sept 12 at 8PM on FOX.
