The last time we saw a trailer for or even heard about Capcom's free-to-play multiplayer role-playing game Deep Down, we were treated to one of the most exciting video game trailers of the year - and that was in February! Now, a few months later, we're treated to another exciting glimpse into the incredibly scary looking world of Deep Down and all we can ask for is a release date already!
That's right, Deep Down still doesn't have a release date set in stone, but this new trailer does give gamers a little hope for that announcement to come soon. After all, E3 isn't over yet so perhaps a last minute announcement is on the way?
Plus this new trailer allows us back into the world of Deep Down, full of monsters, blood and time travel. Check out the latest Deep Down trailer right here:
Earlier this year, Capcom came under fire for not having any female characters in the online, role-playing game. In response to this claim, Capcom producer Kazunori Sugiura took to Facebook to address and explain this issue.
"From our overseas firm, there was big misconception in an article claiming that there were 12 main characters in Deep Down, all of them male," Sugiura said. "As the person in charge on the development side, I'd like to explain the matter ... There is one male main character in Deep Down. The story is being developed around him and his surrounding Ravens comrades."
Perhaps complainers should've done a bit more research on this game!
