Have you ever want to look like Miranda Kerr? That's a dumb question; of course people want to look like this Victoria's Secret model. The VS Angel is revealing all HER secrets on getting the perfect summer body.

The brunette beauty, is known for amazing body and her healthy diet and fitness routines, but she is giving the low-down on exactly what she does to stay in shape.

During a Q&A on Twitter the model revealed to some of her fans some of her best tips and advice for getting fit.

1.    Make Fitness Part of Your Everyday Life

While some would just thinking fitness means going to the gym, Miranda says that making fitness part of your day can include something as simple as "taking the stairs instead of the elevator," or "walking instead of driving when possible."

2.    Eat and Drink Healthy

"Make sure you are drinking enough water and eating enough fruits and vegetable," Kerr says, channeling our mother, but she is right. She revealed that her favorite way to get her vegetable count up is by eating avocados, which just so happens to be her favorite food.

3.    Daily Workouts

While taking the stairs helps her to stay active, the model does reveal that she also incorporates workouts into her routine.

"I try to do at least 20 minutes of yoga or resistance training per day!" She says depending on if it fits into her schedule.

As for her favorite yoga poses, she sites "I love downward dog, bridge and tree pose."
