Though 2014's E3 convention came and went earlier this month, the gaming world is still reeling from all of the excitement that came out of it. One great way to capture all of this hype in one list is the Game Critics Awards, which takes the titles and software that debuted at the conference and awards them accolades. This year's clear winners were Evolve and No Man's Sky, two games that are sure to take over the gaming world when their respective release dates hit!
Of the 17 categories, Evolve (the new multiplayer game where four players portray hunters and fifth takes on the role of a playable monster) took home four awards with No Man's Sky (a groundbreaking new open universe game where even the sky isn't the limit) took home three.
Are you surprised these games took home these awards or do you agree with the Game Critics Awards judges? Let us know in the comments section below!
