New Justin Bieber Deposition Ordered After 'Boyfriend' Singer Refused To Answer Selena Gomez Questions

Earlier this year, footage of Justin Bieber's deposition taken in regards to his Jeffrey Binion paparazzi assault case leaked online, showcasing a side of Justin that was pretty disgusting and kind of ignorant. While being deposed by an attorney, Justin refused to answer questions about Selena Gomez, becoming visibly angry about the line of questioning. Now it looks like the prosecution wasn't happy with the first deposition and has ordered the singer back for another!

Since Bieber's last deposition, he and Selena have gotten back together and broken up again. This will surely add to the disdain we're all predicting for this second deposition.

Binion and his attorney filed a court motion about a week after the first deposition to force the pop singer into going through another one. This was because Justin behaved so badly during the first and was dodging questions and allegedly even storming out of the questioning at one point - as if not really grasping why these questions were important.

TMZ broke the news:

The judge's order says Bieber will have to answer questions he refused to answer last time -- for instance ... whether he ever discussed the paparazzi with Selena. No date's been set yet for take 2 of the deposition -- but we're told it will absolutely be videotaped again.
