Writer/Director Quentin Tarantino (Pulp Fiction) will be on hand at Dynamite Entertainment's 10th anniversary panel during this year's San Diego Comic-Con. Tarantino will be there to discuss his Django Unchained sequel, Django/Zorro, the crossover comic event between Dynamite and DC Comics.

In the western flick, a German bounty hunter named Dr. Schultz (Christoph Waltz) promises to free Django (Jamie Foxx) if he helps him find three wanted outlaws. After Schultz collects the bounty, he will work with the former slave on locating his missing wife and rescuing her from a cruel plantation owner. Before the Oscar winning film hit theaters, Vertigo Comics adapted the first rough draft of Tarantino's script into a limited miniseries.

On Sunday July 27th, at 2:15pm in Room 6BCF, Tarantino, producer Reginald Hudlin, and co-writer Matt Wagner will be on stage to discuss their upcoming miniseries. The highly anticipated panel will be moderated by Alan Kistler. Dynamite's CEO and publisher Nick Barucci and Senior Editor Joseph Rybandt will also take part in the discussion.

As reported here, Tarantino is plotting out the arc, Wagner will be involved with the smooth-talking dialogue. Hudlin will co-edit alongside with them. Artist Esteve Polls will be providing the illustrations in the interiors.

[Spoilers] If you watched the movie, you know that Django rescued his wife and burned down Candyland. Aren't you ticked off as I am that Dr. Schultz will not be returning in comic book form? Hopefully, Tarantino will make the character return in a flashback. [End Spoilers]

Quentin Tarantino will be at San Diego Comic-Con discussing his Django/Zorro comic. Readers are you excited to see the sequel to Django Unchained.
