The 2014 San Diego Comic-Con is definitely the location to get all of the information on the upcoming Warcraft movie, from director Duncan Jones. Starring Ben Foster, Travis Fimmel, Paula Patton, Toby Kebbell, Rob Kazinsky, Dominic Cooper, Daniel Wu and Clancy Brown, this is easily one of the biggest video game movie adaptations of our generation, so we're happy to see what is on display at SDCC 2014. Take a look at the new logo, some weapons and more from the upcoming Legendary Pictures movie, way ahead of its March 11, 2016, release date.
Thanks to some Facebook posts on Legendary Picture's official page, we can show you the article photo, which is the official logo for Warcraft.
Besides the logo, attendees of the 2014 San Diego Comic-Con event can check out some impressive weapons on display from Warcraft. From the looks of some photos from the displays, we can expect to see the Doomhammer, the Dragon Sword, and the Lion Shield in the movie.

Though the film is almost 2 years away, filming has apparently been completed leaving plenty of time for post-production work before the March 11, 2016, release date.
But what do we know about the project? Besides the impressive cast - listed above - this adaptation's plot sounds impressive and seems like it could live up to the gamers' high expectations.
"What's exciting about Duncan Jones' take on this video game is that it shows both sides of the war. It shows both sides of a conflict, which is exciting to me," star Ben Foster said earlier this year. "It's not just a video game turned into a movie. It's asking, hopefully, an important question of, where do we limit our compassion for what we consider to be the bad guys?"
