Stopping by Late Night with Seth Meyers this week, comedian and Chappelle's Show co-creator Neal Brennan gave the world a brief Tracy Morgan health update after his tragic car accident. According to Brennan, Tracy is doing well and is back to being hilarious and telling some jokes despite some physical hurdles that he definitely has to get over due to his injury.

Neal was on the late night talk show to promote his new Sundance network show entitled The Approval Matrix, which is a series, as Brennan describes, that takes the panel show structure and has people come in and discuss pop culture references. But he also had some time to talk about his phone call with Tracy and give us all a brief update on his health.

"From what I can tell, he's great," Brennan told the Late Night audience. "Physically - I don't know. He said he's going to rehab everyday ... but mentally, we spoke on the phone and he seemed all their."

Neal went on to explain that the "outpour of love" that Morgan has witnessed and received has been "unbelievable" to the comedian. In fact he listed some higher profile people that reached out to him, including "Busta Rhymes, LL Cool J, and the President [Barack Obama]."

At this, Brennan explained "the fact that [he] put LL Cool J and Busta Rhymes above the President lets me know that Tracy is back!"
