It looks like the truck driver involved in the Tracy Morgan limo crash was doing a little speeding before getting in the accident that injured the comedian and claimed the life of another man. In reports that were released today, June 19, by the National Transportation Safety Board, it is revealed that the truck driver Kevin Roper was driving around 65 mph during the crash which happened on June 7.
