Reuniting about a year after their AMC series Breaking Bad came to an exciting conclusion, stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul have made a funny parody in the form of a promo for the 2014 Primetime Emmys. Poking fun at some reality shows, the two star in "Barely Legal Pawn," and run into Julia Louis-Dreyfus who's trying to trade in her Emmy award for cash. Obviously this is going to be the funniest video you watch all day.
As you may know, all three of these actors are Emmy winners, so it's only fitting to have them promote the event. The fact that they take a parody approach to this project makes it all the better for fans of these stars!
Honestly, everything about this video is just great. With Cranston and Paul in character as seedy Pawn Shop owners, the joke is already great, but adding in Julia as herself trying to pawn her Emmy makes it even better!
The back-and-forth about the "supporting" vs. the "leading" categories is pretty great considering Paul and Julia both won awards for that respectively. But Cranston's character insists "leading" is better - and we all understand why!
Then they argue about comedies vs. dramas, which is also pretty amazing considering the stars' relationships to each category.
But you get the point! Check out this funny video right here:
