Michael Sam is thanking the heavens that he got a second chance at the sport he loves, and owner, president, and general manager of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, Jerry Jones for giving him a opportunity to play with the Dallas Cowboys. The openly gay defensive end called the wonderful moment a "dream come true."
The new Cowboy member expressed his excitement via Twitter, writing, "As a kid growing up in Texas I always loved the Dallas Cowboys, so to join this incredible organization is really a dream come true."
