After months and months of speculation, rumors and even some concerns, new reports are claiming the 24th James Bond film will begin filming in December of 2014. This means that a fall of 2015 release date is expected, with Daniel Craig returning as 007 and Sam Mendes coming back as director. Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Rory Kinnear, and Ben Whishaw are also returning to the cast.
The official release date for the United States is Nov. 6, meaning the postproduction probably won't have too much leniency this time around. Mendes, along with script writers John Logan, Neal Purvis and Robert Wade return from the previous film, Skyfall, which was the top grosser of the franchise.
Though we can count on this news, we still don't have an official title for the film and there have been a number of rumors regarding love interests, plot and more. Mendes confirmed that this new film would be the second of a two-part project, continuing the story of Skyfall. With that in mind, can some of us guess what the plot could be?
For now, we'll have to look forward to many more rumors, plot spoilers and the like leading up to production. Obviously more rumors will come as filming starts, but at least we'll be closer to a trailer by then!
