The first issue also reveals details about each brand including their biggest red-carpet moments, who they have dressed, and statistics about each company. We picked our three personal favorite designers and included some of the facts about them below.
Alexander McQueen
Sarah Burton took over as creative director for the fashion brand after Mcqueen's death in 2010 and has been doing an incredible job, dressing everyone from Jessica Chastain to Sandra Bullock. THR cites that the biggest moment for the company was designing Kate Middleton wedding dress in 2011 when she got married to Prince William.
Chanel
One of the most timeless fashion brands on the planet, Chanel has dressed some of the most elite members of society including Keira Knightley, Julianne Moore, and Blake Lively. Creative director Karl Lagerfeld has been in the business for years, but THR sites the 2006 Oscars to be the company's biggest red carpet moment. It took the brand 400 hours to complete the gray, strapless gown that Nicole Kidman wore to this event.
Jenny Packham
This fashion company also has Kate Middleton to thank for putting their name on the map. They saw a 40 percent increase in sales after Middleton was photographed in the blue polka-dotted dress after giving birth to her son. The company run by Jenny Packham has dressed A-Listers including Elizabeth Banks, Kate Winslet, and Anna Gunn to name a few. The fashion designer also reveals that her biggest red carpet moment for her was dressing Adele for the 2013 Oscars.
