Bad news for singer Nicki Minaj since she may have had to bail out brother Jelani Maraj out of jail yesterday. Newsday reported that Jelani was arrested for allegedly raping a 12-year-old child. The Nassau County District Attorney did not release information regarding the case but the accused was arrained for felony first degree rape and first degree sexual conduct.
