When Tony Romo hurt his back, the world thought he might have suffered a season-ending injury, but within weeks he has bounced back, proving his doubters wrong. His Dallas Cowboys rolled over the Jacksonville Jaguars 31-17 at Wembley Stadium in London. The Cowboys are back in form and have a week to rest and recover, but will the "new Romo" be enough to take Jason Garrett's men to NFL Super Bowl glory?

Romo was in good spirits throughout, smiling and often throwing deep, according to For the Win. His play almost suggested, "See, I told you I'm fine, guys." DeMarco Murray was his usual running revelation self, giving Romo the breaks that can only help his injury concerns.

Romo explained he was feeling OK, saying he was "Just sore. Anybody who's had anything broken before knows it's uncomfortable at times. A little banged up. A lot of guys are banged up. At the end of the day, no one actually cares once you step out onto the field," according to ESPN.

But this "pain" never caused him any on-field problems.

Garrett added that Romo "Didn't seem like he had any physical restrictions, moved around in the pocket, some subtle pocket movements to allow things to develop. He really looked like himself."

Will his favorite quarterback be the man to take them all the way? Who knows, but they believe in him as much as they always have, if not more.

The Cowboys now have an improving, healthy QB, a star RB, a great defense and two weeks to build on their problems and for their players to rest, recover and prepare for their final games and their possible Super Bowl push.
