Buddy "Cake Boss" Valastro Gets Arrested For DWI, TLC Star Tells Cops: "You Can't Arrest Me! I'm the Cake Boss!" --Will He Enter A Plea Deal?

MStars News has learned that The Daily Beast are reporting that your favorite cake maker, Buddy Valastro was apparently arrested early Thursday morning for drunking driving.

The report claiums that the Cake Boss star was in his 2014 yellow Corvette going in and out of a straight line when cops pulled him over.

The law enforcement's on duty claim that they smelled a strong odor of alcohol.

According to the infamous site TMZ, the TLC star failed a number of field sobriety tests. He was cuffed, and hauled away to jail where he was booked for an DWI.

A law enforcement source claims the cake baker, "blew well above the legal limit."

ABC reports that the Cake Boss star appeared in court Thursday afternoon, a few hours after he was arrested.

So far Valastro hasn't entered a plea. The TLC boss was offered a deal that includes, a 90-day driver's license suspension and a $300 fine.

The prosecutor working the case claims that Valastro told cops when they arrested him, "I had a couple drinks. You can't arrest me! I'm the Cake Boss." The prosecutor adds that the reality star said, "I'm a good guy." He added: "Can you just put me in a cab? I don't have to be arrested, I'm not a bad guy."

A rep for Valastro hasn't stated any comments. The Cake Boss is due back in court, next year on Jan. 6, same week Real Housewives Of New Jersey  reality star, Teresa Giudice reports to prison.

The 42-year-old's show has been airing on The Learning Channel since 2009. Valastro took over his family's successful cake buisness after his father, Buddy Sr. passed away in 1994.

Carlo's Bake Shop has been in buisness since 1910 and is located in Hoboken, New Jersey. Buddy has also starred in Kitchen Boss and The Next Great Baker, airing on TLC as well.
