Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump is gearing up for the fifth season premiere of the reality show, but she's offering her support for her fellow Bravolebrity and Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice.
The RHONJ star will spend 15 months away from her kids in the Danbury Correctional Facility in Connecticut, which is what really gets to the RHOBH star.
"I have a lot of empathy for her situation as regarding her children and the family, because I know she's absolutely a wonderful mother," she told E! News. "She worships the children, so I do feel sorry for her about that, I really do."
While the former Dancing with the Stars contestant feels badly for Teresa in regards to her children, the Vanderpump Rules star still feels she needs to pay for her crimes.
"Unfortunately, you know, actions have consequences and I don't know exactly what went down, but I know certainly, just from one Housewife to another, I send her love and support, and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger," she said. "I think she'll come through it on the other side. I guess we have to learn a lesson, but she'll come through it stronger than ever."
As MStars News reported, Lisa has had her own troubles on her Real Housewives show. In the trailer for the series, she is seen being slapped by co-star Brandi Glanville.
"That was ... a bit of a sharp turn that I didn't expect and it did change a dynamic for me, that's for sure," she said. "I would not put up with that. I have never been slapped before."
"It does get a little bumpy ... maybe even bumpier than any of the other seasons previously, but I really felt there were some heartfelt issues ... I just think it's going to be our best season yet," she continued.
