Julianne Hough Spiced Up Her "Dancing With The Stars" Week 10 Vintage Look With A Braided Updo

On Monday night's episode of Dancing With the Stars, judge Julianne Hough channeled a vintage look. The 26-year-old dancer spiced up her week 10 look by sporting a braided updo.

For the "Plugged v. Unplugged" episode of season 19 of DWTS, Julianne opted for a retro glam look by wearing a Jenny Packham gown, which is one of her favorite designers.

"Jenny Packham is one of my 'go to' designers. It's very rare I try on one of her dresses without falling in love with it," Julianne told People. "This whole look has a very Ginger Rogers 1930s vibe, with our own modern twist. We 'blinged' it out a little with these simple and elegant Aspiri diamond studs."

Her whole team loved the dress and couldn't help but share photos of Julianne all dolled up. "It made me want to see Fred Astaire twirl Julianne around under a starry sky!" Julianne's stylist, Anita Patrickson said.

"Jules loved it ... The green is so gorgeous with her coloring and of course the fabulous shoulders are the perfect focal point for sitting at the judges' panel!" Anita teased the look on Instagram saying, "@juleshough you are one ridiculously special gal! Last night's gorgeously green @dancingabc look!"

Julianne rocked a funky and fun braided updo to add a little spice and flare to her otherwise classic Hollywood look. "I love braiding hair, then deconstructing it to create a more effortless vibe. Pulling apart the braid to make it look fat is my favorite part!" Julianne's hairstylist Riawna Capri told People.

She also shared an exclusive look of the former DWTS pro's hairdo before the night's performances. "#SNEAKPEEK & #BTS of tonight's look on beauty girl @juleshough for @dancingabc can't go wrong with a classic #AroundTheWolrd @braidbar!!!" she wrote on her Instagram with a 360 degree photo collage of the look.
