Love & Hip Hop: New York Season 5 is on the way! After a long hiatus, VH1 recently confirmed the cast for the upcoming season. Several of the cast members from last season were rumored to have declined their offers to return while there has also been talk of new faces to be added to the cast. Included in this season will be Cyn Santana, Bow Wow, Erica Mena, Peter Gunz and Amina Buddafly.
Now the speculation can be put to rest. Below are the new cast members of LHHNY Season 5:
Cisco Rosado
Cisco Rosado is a well-known music industry producer who is about to have his love life put on blast in the worst way. He was rumored to have been dating former Basketball Wives cast member Jennifer Williams, and while their relationship was never confirmed by either of them publicly, he'll have another round of drama to deal with in the ladies department as his "secret lover" moves from Los Angeles to N.Y. so she can be closer to him.
Diamond Strawberry
Diamond Strawberry is the daughter of famed New York Mets player Daryl Strawberry and an aspiring model. She has moved from L.A. to N.Y. to give her career a boost and be close to her boo Cisco, but she's also in store for a lot more surprises than she planned for.
Chink Santana
Chink Santana is another notable music industry producer who has worked with some of your favorite artists. In addition to watching him grind it out in his professional life, he'll be giving the world a front row seat to the rollercoaster relationship between him and his main squeeze.
Chrissy Crastanda
Chrissy Crastanda is an NYC socialite who owns her own modeling agency and is ready to settle down with her boyfriend Chink. She's running into obstacles in the form of her pending divorce and his reluctancy to focus on her rather than his family and career. But she doesn't seem to be letting either stop her from getting what she wants.
Yandy Smith and Mendeecees Harris
Yandy and Mendeecees seem to finally be able to start their life together with hubby home and a baby girl on the way. But the couple will still have to navigate their way through love with the curse of a looming trial that threatens to halt their happily ever after yet again.

Peter Gunz and Amina Buddafly
The last we saw of these two, Amina was pregnant with Peter's baby and things were up in the air. This season we will see Amina and Peter's former girlfriend of 13 years, Tara, team up to turn the tables on him and put him on blast. Amina also gave birth earlier this summer, so we wouldn't be surprised to see their little one make a cameo either.

Erica Mena
Wild child Erica Mena says she's planning to put her full focus on her recent engagement to Bow Wow and new business ventures, but some Rich Dollaz new-found dealings with her ex Cyn are sure to be a distraction!
Rich Dollaz
Rich is back to doing what he does best, which is mixing business with pleasure. This time around, we will see him dealing with two new artists signed to his Dollaz Unlimited record label. This story already sounds messy!
