Wednesday, Twitter went crazy over producer Timbaland's newest artist, 19-year-old rapper Tink, who is now being compare to rapper/ singer Lauryn Hill after his The Breakfast Club interview where he premiered her newest track with Jay Z and Rick Ross called, "Movin' Bass."
In the interview, Timbaland praised his new artist who he says he found during a listening session with Da Internz and immediately called her to work with the teenage star. Both, Charlamagne Tha God and DJ Envy lost their minds once the "One In A Million" producer allowed them to play he fired single featuring mega stars, Rick Ross and Jay Z who told Timbaland, "Where you find this girl? She's smart!"
Being on a hiatus, Timbaland explained that the new rap star helped him live through music again, "I didn't know if I wanted to do music. She was music and she saved me. She got me looking like this," he said about his attire which differed and added more character from his white t-shirt he previously worn during an interview with the show.
Fans seemed to agree with a major positive response:
