'Honey Boo Boo' 'Mama' June Molestation Scandal: CPS Thinking About Taking Alana Thompson From Home And Did Sugar Bear Move Back In?

It seems that the Honey Boo Boo molestation scandal has gotten everybody worried about the safety of "Mama" June Shannon's daughters, including star of the TLC reality series Alana Thompson. After reports broke earlier this month claiming that June had been bringing her convicted pedophile "boyfriend" around her daughters, Child Protective Services made sure to step in and investigate if any of the family's daughters were at risk.

Well, it now looks like CPS has taken steps in lowering the risk, as Radar Online is reporting that Alana's father Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson has been asked by the department to move back into the house until they are done with their investigation.

"Social workers weren't comfortable with only one adult supervising the three minor children: Honey Boo Boo, Lauryn 'Pumpkin' Shannon, 14, and Jessica 'Chubbs,' 17," the source told Radar. "Alana has missed having her daddy in the house, and it was suggested by the department that he move back into the house while the investigation was still ongoing. Sugar Bear agreed to do it, but wasn't happy about it."

While Sugar Bear has moved back into the house, he has had some reservations about taking up residency with his ex-lover June, after reports went public that she had been with child molester Mark McDaniel.

"Sugar Bear and Mama June can't even be in the same room together at the small house," the insider told the site. "He doesn't believe her constant denials in the media that she only saw Mark McDaniel twice. He is only staying in the house so the girls don't get taken away from June. Sugar Bear is being used as a pawn and he knows it."

According to ABC News, it seems that Mama June is trying to do right by her family, as she has since admitted her mistakes.

"I'm not a perfect parent. I made mistakes," the reality star revealed. "I want you to know that I'm not in a relationship with Mark McDaniel. I'm not in a relationship at all."
