Fergie Reveals Her Son Axl Is Already Singing While Attending The American Music Awards On Sunday

Black Eyed Peas lead singer Fergie looked amazing as she hit the red carpet for the 2014 American Music Awards on Sunday. The "Big Girl's Don't Cry" singer revealed her son Axl's latest accomplishment and said he is now singing!

Fergie and her husband Josh Duhamel have one child together and he is already taking after his musical mother. The "L.A. Love" singer explained that her adorable one-year-old was part of the influence for her current sound.

"Some of it," Fergie exclusively told E! News on Sunday about her son's influence on her music. "I don't know what he's going to think about this when he's older but whatever. I'll just figure it out as I go."

As for Axl's own singing career, Fergie revealed his latest accomplishment includes singing and talking. "He's starting to say words. His favorite song right now is 'Row, Row, Row Your Boat.' Adorable!" she explained to the publication.

When Fergie hit the red carpet on Sunday afternoon, she showed up in a tricked out car. "This was based on an art car, that mixed with a party bus [which] became this vehicle to take a trip and bring that L.A. kind of swag and vibe all over the world," the "Fergalicious" singer revealed before heading into the award show.

"It was a crazy entrance. I just didn't want to come back after all these years and just come in a normal car. Make it big! It was like an L.A. trinity moment."

During her AMA performance Fergie nailed it, but she did have a minor wardrobe malfunction. While singing her new single, "L.A. Love" off her new album, her jacket got stuck on her leotard and then her butt, but the season pro quickly pulled it off and kept singing.

Before her wardrobe issues, her husband Josh had the honor of introducing his wife.

"I really couldn't be happier to introduce the next performer. She's a solo artist, a member of the Black Eyed Peas...She also makes really cute babies," Josh said on stage. "Please welcome my favorite Cali girl, Mrs. Fergie Ferg."
