Kim Zolciak's Twins Kane And Kaia Turn A Year Old: See Adorable Photos And Video Of The Twins's Birthday Celebration

Kim Zolciak is one proud mama, as the youngest two of her six kids celebrated their first birthday Monday, Nov. 24.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star uploaded adorable photos of her twins, Kane and Kaia, as they enjoyed their birthday festivities.

Kim, wife of Atlanta Falcons star Kroy Biermann, dressed her twins up in cute mathcing outfits as they played in their pink-and-blue matching cupcakes that were almost half the size of the twins.

"My two nuggets right before it allllll started! Kane was ready as soon as he saw his cake," Mama Biermann wrote on the photo below.

Kim shouting out the twins's cake creater, Joshua John Russell, in the first snapshot above.

"Kaia and Kane's 1st taste of cake today!! Thank you soooo much @joshuajohnrussell these smash cakes were perfect!!! You kill it every time!!!" she wrote.

By the look of Kane's face, we know he enjoyed his birthday!

Little miss Kaia also got a separate photoshoot on her birthday, wearing an adorable white-and-pink lace gown with a matching hair band.

"Some pics my mommy took on her phone today at my photo shoot! Am I not the cutest girl in the world?! It's my birthday," Kim captioned the pic above.

"Wow my twins are 1yrs old today," their mother wrote. "I can't believe it!! It seems like just yesterday I told Dr. Hood I feel different this pregnancy I couldnt stay awake seriously though and he did an ultrasound and BAAM 2 sacs!!!," Kim described her pregnancy.
