Kim Zolciak is one proud mama, as the youngest two of her six kids celebrated their first birthday Monday, Nov. 24. The former "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star uploaded adorable photos of her twins, Kane and Kaia, as they enjoyed their birthday festivities. Kim, wife of Atlanta Falcons star Kroy Biermann, dressed her twins up in cute mathcing outfits as they played in their pink-and-blue matching cupcakes that were almost half the size of the twins. "My two nuggets right before it allllll started! Kane was ready as soon as he saw his cake," Mama Biermann wrote on the photo below. Kim shouting out the twins's cake creater, Joshua John Russell, in the first snapshot above. "Kaia and Kane's 1st taste of cake today!!
