It looks like Thanksgiving was a super fun day in the Bryant household, with Vanessa Bryant, wife of Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant taking to social media to show off some holiday snaps of her and her husband, as well as some tasty treats.
While the Lakers are struggling mightily on the basketball court, currently sitting 3-12 after a disastrous start to their season, it appears that Kobe's life at home is providing a happy sanctuary. The 32 year old Vanessa was clearly delighted at having her husband home for the holidays as she instagrammed: "I got that #Turkeyitis" and showing her cuddled up with her man.
It came after she put Kobe to work in sorting out the marshmallows for the holiday game of Chubby Bunny Challenge (where you place as many marshmallows in your mouth as possible and try to speak).

Kobe - whose Lakers lost 99-93 to Marc Gasol and the Memphis Grizzlies on Wednesday - was a bit circumspect about the whole thing, making sure that he kept his mind on the Lakers season and his fitness, telling Mike Trudell for TWCSportsnet that "I have to watch what I eat a little bit so I don't come back playing the 5".
One of Kobe's thoughts on Thanksgiving (on @TWCSportsNet): "I have to watch what I eat a little bit so I don't come back playing the 5."

Even if he probably doesn't have to worry about turning into the next starting center for the Lakers, after Bryant recently trash talked former teammate Dwight Howard - who sat out of a recent Lakers win over Howard's Houston Rockets - Kobe was asked to name the top trash talkers he's played against in his 18 year NBA career.
Off an ESPN piece where KG gave his top trash talkers, I asked Kobe for his on @TWCSportsNet: G. Payton, KG, R. Miller, Scottie Pippen.

We're sure that quite a few people would also place the Black Mamba on their list; but in naming Gary Payton, Kevin Garnett, Reggie Miller and Scottie Pippen, it's interesting that not one of those names isn't from the '90s. Perhaps today's basketballers too soft to get under Kobe Bean Bryant's skin?
