It's hard to believe it but Season 5 of Jerry Seinfeld's Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee is coming to a close this Thursday, Dec. 18 at 12 p.m. EST. But don't be too sad; this season is surely going out with a bang! Having already delivered an entertaining season, this last episode proves to be no different – actually, perhaps it's "the best episode yet" – because Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon is stepping in to end out the season. Together with Seinfeld, the two comics succeed in getting "weird" not only in the car but also on a boat. Will this be better than Portlandia star Fred Armisen's tour around Portland or Breaking Bad's Bill Burr's sit down at a cigar shop? Looks like we'll just have to wait and see!
Starting off the show in a car that looks like a toy, the two comics somehow end up in a Jeep and a finally a boat, with Fallon apparently losing his cell phone, and then some. Despite the loss, however, the former Saturday Night Live star has no problem declaring his episode of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee the "best episode yet."
"Jerry Seinfeld has lost his mind ... officially," says Fallon before heading into a diner for their coffee.
Watch the trailer below to see how weird the episode gets. Also, see if Seinfeld really has lost his mind.
The upcoming episode looks like it's going to deliver a number of fantastic one-liners, from, "This is the best thing ever" to Fallon's realization of how his life will come to an end, telling Seinfeld, "My phone's broken, everything is broken! This is how you kill me."
We're not exactly sure, but seeing as we've seen The Tonight Show, we can only guess that there will be a few "That's so great!" comments in there.
