Looks like Michelle Williams is finally moving on from the Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, New York home she purchased with once-upon-a-time husband Heath Ledger, who died back in 2008. The James Franco-led Oz the Great and Powerful actress purchased the townhouse back in 2005 with the late Dark Knight actor for a reported $7.5 million. And after putting it on the market back in Sept. 2014 for the same price, Williams finally sold it recently for a whopping $8.8 million.
The selling of the four-story, six-bedroom Brooklyn home comes from The Hollywood Reporter via CityReality's 6sqft blog.
THR reports that alongside the uber expensive price and the large size, whoever purchased the townhouse will also welcome in a three-car garage, a fully landscaped roof deck and even a temperature-controlled wine cellar.
The site notes that while Williams lived in the home for quite sometime following Ledger's unfortunate death, the actress is now based out of Los Angeles, where she resides with her daughter Matilda.
