Jurassic Park star Jeff Goldblum has some exciting news! MStars News has learned that the actor and his new wife Emilie Livingston is expecting the couple's first child together this year.
According to ABC, the two married in November and baby soon followed the 62-year-old and his 32-year-old wife.
Goldblum announced the wonderful news on The Late Show with David Letterman.
"She's pregnant!" Goldblum said.
Emilie, an Olympic gymnast, showed the audience some of her moves while revealing that they were three months along.
"She's three months pregnant," the proud papa-to-be said.
As Goldblum and Letterman looked at some of Emilie's past gymnastics photos, the soon-to-mother watched in the green room and Letterman said, "Congratulations!"
The Jurassic star revealed that the couple found out they were having a baby the day before they tied the knot. They also learned they were having a baby boy! His dad says if there are no changes, his son's name will be Elliot Charlie.
"It's a boy. We picked out a name, as a matter of fact. If it stays — this is our current thinking —[it'll be] Elliott Charlie," Goldblum stated.
Goldblum, who also starred in Independence Day, had been dating Livingston for three years before they said "I do."
According to Who Say, the actor previously mentioned that he was one "lucky" guy to have his wife Emilie as a catch.
Jeff previously said, "I'm happy as a clam with her. I feel lucky, lucky, lucky.
"When people meet Emilie, they say she's magical and very sweet and they're happy for me."
When asked if he'd marry her, Jeff said at the time, "Oh, gee, well, I would do anything with her. She's a spectacular woman. Who knows? Maybe so."
