Frozen star Idina Menzel and "All of Me" singer John Legend have been added to the lineup for the 2015 NFL Super Bowl, alongside halftime "Roar" superstar Katy Perry and her special guest, living scarf Lenny Kravitz. Menzel, best known as the singer of "Let It Go" — the worldwide smash hit and bane of parents everywhere — has just recently finalized her divorce from actor Taye Diggs, and will sing the national anthem before Super Bowl XLIX at the University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Golden Globe winner Legend will sing "America the Beautiful".

As NFL.com report, there will be more than a couple of people watching them too, as "More than 112.2 million viewers in the U.S. watched last year's Super Bowl, the most-watched television program in history."
They add that the Super Bowl's pregame show, "including the National Anthem and "America The Beautiful," and Super Bowl XLIX will be broadcast worldwide."
Menzel — following in the footsteps of anthem singers such as Whitney Houston and Alicia Keys — has had a huge two years since the release of Frozen, with "Let It Go" catapulting her around the globe, with the singer even appearing on ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve broadcast alongside Ryan Seacrest, Taylor Swift and Iggy Azalea.
As ESPN report, Menzel is also currently starring in the Broadway hit If/Then, which will close a month after the Super Bowl on March 22. She tweeted out that she was "humbled and honored" to be performing the national anthem:

John Legend, meanwhile, has been no slouch either, winning a Golden Globe for "Glory" his song with rapper Common for the David Oyelowo and Oprah Winfrey film Selma.

The pair will join Katy Perry and Lenny Kravitz at Super Bowl 49, with Perry and Kravtiz performing the Pepsi-sponsored Super Bowl halftime show (if you're one of the few people who haven't heard about 'Pepsi' and 'halftime show' half a million times already).
