Looks like NeNe Leakes doesn’t have the Cinderella fairytale story in her home. MStars News has learned that Leakes eldest son, Bryson Bryant, is once again in trouble with the law.
According to Radar Online, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s son has had at least four past arrests.
Now we have learned that Bryson spent time behind bars and was ordered by the court to go to rehab after he had a drug and alcohol related issue that has become out of control within the last year.
The court documents revealed that the Cinderella, and RHOA star’s son was found guilty of reckless driving by a Georgia judge back in December 2013, and his rap sheet continued to grow from there.
A police report states that Bryson crashed and flipped upside down into a ditch back in June 2013 leaving damages to utility poles.
Bryant told police, that “darkness caused him to wreck.” But the officer claims he could “smell the odor of alcoholic beverages resonating” on Bryant.
He told the police that he only had “one beer,” but the report revealed he had “slow and deliberate response" to questioning.
Leakes son was taken to the hospital for “uncomfortable pain in his right leg and to undergo X-rays, he tested positive for a blood alcohol level of .048 — below the legal limit of .08. Still, he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol,” the site reported.
Bryant’s arrest resulted in a year of probation, but the judge changed his order to 30 days of house arrest in February 2014.
It seems the judge’s order had no positive influence on the RHOA star's son, because he has to undergo random alcohol and drug testing, but failed to show up with his probation officer more than once in 2014, testing positive for cocaine, refusing to pay fines that are over $1,200, even skipping out on mandatory DUI classes.
As a result, Bryant, who is a father of one baby girl, (seen below), was ordered to serve three months in jail. His sentence started in September as he was released two days before Thanksgiving.

Now the court paperwork filed this month states that he has to check into “intensive residential rehab for a minimum of six weeks.” Bryson was recently spotted on Twitter uploading a photo of himself with a drink in his hand. Hopefully NeNe's son focuses on getting the help he needs.
