Well, basically right away we find out how Deputy Kelly is taking the news that Hood has been lying. An intense face-off with her gun pointed at his head ends with her repeating, "There is no you," which is a pretty apt observation! Check out this encounter in a video clip right here:

She doesn't end up killing him, though her reaction hurts Hood more than his physical injuries from the previous injuries. He falls into a self-examination mode of sorts, spinning his Sheriff's badge on a table, in the dark, probably broken hearted. Either way, he has to figure out if he should leave Banshee or stick around and trust his girlfriend.
We get to check back in with Job and Sugar a little earlier this week, and we see that their mission from last week has come full circle. After stealing security card information from a specific building, they sneak in as custodial workers, getting into the building pretty easily. There's also a lot of comedic back-and-forth as usual, so that was definitely pretty great!

Getting past a second line of security, Job then moves into the air ducts of the building to hack into the security camera system. He buys some time by altering the guards' security camera view in order to steal an algorithm, or formula as Sugar says, but the nosey guard takes it upon himself to check on things. Job slips out in time, but Sugar almost uses a mop handle to take out the guard, which would've been cool to see!

After we saw Gordon hit rock bottom late last season and remain there earlier this season, a fresh shave, cleaning his apartment and going for a jog in tonight's episode all proved to us that he's symbolically ready to shape up! He goes to a parent-teacher meeting, learning that Deva is a bad student. Gordon also has a heart-to-heart with Carrie about fixing their family. We learn later in the episode that Carrie's not about to make that easy for him, though.
Speaking of family troubles, Lotus finds out that his ex-wife is working for Proctor, telling her to quit her nursing job because bad things happen there. Speaking of bad things, Proctor sends Burton and Rebecca out to fetch the body of Tommy Littlestone to take a jab at Chayton. That little joy ride ends up looking like this, by the way:
Carrie must really miss her life as a working criminal because being a waitress at that diner sure is getting on her nerves! She walks quits, ends up at a seedy bar, of course, and meets a charming biker that buys her some drinks. He turns out to be a bit of a creep, so she beats him up and takes his motorcycle!
After pretty much an entire day of calling Siobhan's answering machine, Hood decides to leave town with Job. Before he can go, though, he has to talk to Deva. We need more of these interactions, because seeing Hood almost crying is pretty great.
After her motorcycle runs out of gas, we get to see this interaction:
Meanwhile, Chayton is even madder at Proctor after seeing the scorched remains of his brother. Though a war was coming before, a war is definitely coming much quicker now.
In maybe THE BEST scene of the series, Hood decides he can't leave Banshee without dealing with Proctor. After attempting to straight-up shoot him in the face, a fight ensues, bringing back fond memories of season one. Lotus eventually stops Hood from killing Proctor with a hammer, leading to an arrest and the main article picture above.
The episode concludes with Siobhan telling Hood she won't turn him in, meaning he's willing to stick around Banshee a bit longer. Unfortunately, Chayton and his army open fire on the building and it looks like all hell is going to break loose next week!
