Kevin McCall Misses His Daughter, Marley Rae's First Birthday After Drama With Eva Marcille; Revealing The Couples Dirty Laundry In New Interview [PHOTOS/ VIDEO]

MStars News has learned that Kevin McCall was “MIA,” aka missing in action, at his daughter Marley Rae’s first birthday over the weekend.

MStars News previously reported that the former boyfriend of America's Next Top Model Eva Marcille has been reportedly estranged from his daughter, though he claims Eva has been keeping their child away from him.

We previously reported that Eva filed a restraining order against McCall after she accused him of chasing her around their home during an argument, while she was holding baby Marley earlier last year.

It seems that the family drama has social media choosing sides on the once happy family.

One user wrote: "gossipjunkie You're a BITCH for not allowing that man to see his child. Some things will never change. You have always been a BITCH!! Regardless of you and his differences you should never not allow a child to see their father. You are only hurting the child and the relationship with her father. You're just a ghetto ass Baby Mama from inglewood."

Another one writes: "_xoxogabbiee Why is everybody so quick to pick sides? We don't know what really goes down between them or the WHOLE story for that matter so why be so quick to down her and call her every name in the book? @gossipjunkie"

But if you think McCall is going down quietly, think again. The producer is now airing out his side of the story and claims that the once fairy tale romance has now changed to an evil story.

Kevin claims that Eva first met him during a Chris Brown concert, after the two men performed the hit song "Deuces."

Their love affair seemed to blossom very quickly, as Eva became pregnant with her now toddler after dating McCall for about 3 months.

While there was talk about marriage, McCall claims that Eva was pressuring him into tying the knot. McCall claims that Eva wanted to go to court and exchange vows before their daughter arrived, but McCall claims he wasn't ready for that type of commitment.

Things got serious as McCall cleared the air and insists that he never abused the top model. McCall did admit that kicking down a door out of anger, as the couple tried to work on their relationship.

McCall claims that things soured after Eva didn't stand up for him to set the record straight about the abuse allegations.

What a sad way to end things. Now the parents are not speaking at all.
