Kim Richards might be out of the doghouse, so to speak, when it comes to the attacks that her pit bull was involved in last year. However, while the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star might be clear, it seems that Bravo has stepped into the center of the lawsuit as they are now being accused of "conspiracy," which ultimately led to Kay Rozario, an 80-year-old woman, getting bitten by Richard's dog.

According to Radar Online, Rozario has named the network in her suit claiming that Evolution Film & Tape, Inc., the name for Bravo producers, is at fault. However, the company is looking for the court to throw out the claims, saying, "they bore no responsibility over Richards' handling of the dog and that it's a stretch to imply that they should have."

However, it seems that Rozario isn't going to let the entertainment company get off the hook that easily, as she has outlined multiple reasons as to why the company is at fault including that fact that "Evolution hired a dog trainer to correct the dog's aggression and appear" so that it could appear on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills."

"Evolution had prior knowledge the dog was dangerous and that the dog had previously attacked a person on the set of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Rozario's report reads.

In related news, this isn't the only thing that Kim is dealing with on the series, as her and her sister, Kyle Richards, are in a heated brawl over Kim's new bestie, Brandi Glanville.

According to CarterMatt.com, the all-new episode, which will air tonight, shows the sisters going at it during a lunch with Eileen Davidson. The site is reporting that the fight is "one of the most epic and nuclear arguments we have seen featuring them to date."

We can't wait!
