Call up your girlfriends, turn on the TV, and open up your favorite bottle of wine, but just make sure Brandi Glanville isn't there to throw her glass at you, because The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is all new. Tonight the girls are still reeling from the events that transpired at Kyle's now infamous "Gay Mixer." It seems that a lot of the episode is spent amongst the ladies trying to figure out the dynamics between Kim Richard's relationship with Brandi Glanville, and how that fits in with her tense family ties to her sister Kyle Richards.
While the episode was pretty heavy on the dramatic front — we were thrown right into the Gay Mixer from hell as soon as we turned on the TV. However, looking on the bright side, we decided to compile a list of the 7 best quotes from this episode, just to make all the viewers at there overlook the drama and focus on the happiness.
"This is not about you right now Lisa." — Kyle Richards
While this quote might have come from the aftermath of the big blowout between Kyle, Brandi, and Kim, we still can't stop laughing at Kyle's outburst towards Lisa Vanderpump. From a viewer's standpoint we thought that Lisa was only trying to help Kyle and give her some words of encouragement after her fight with Brandi and Kim. But it seems that Kyle didn't really like Lisa comparing her situation with Brandi to what Kyle was dealing with at the party.
" Her real issue is that she's an addict. I think that Kim's an addict." — Lisa Rinna
Oh Lisa Rinna. We wish that what we had done for this recap was just count up how many times during this episode that she used the word "addict" to describe Kim. Heck, she used it twice just in the quote above. Lisa spends much of the episode focusing on Kim's sobriety and trying to get the girls to point out that she might have a problem. Some of the other enjoyable quotes that Lisa had during this moment were, "She needs help if she's taken a pill and doesn't know what she's taken," and our personal favorite "Everyone is enabling an addict." We aren't really sure if Lisa is trying to say that Brandi is an enabler in that quote or what.
"Get me a body bag, I want it to be Louis Vuitton with a diamond zipper." — Lisa Rinna
Lisa R. knows the outcome of going head-to-head with Brandi Glanville, but she just wants to make sure that if Brandi ends up kills her that she has her fashionable funeral prep already worked out.
"I'm very good with a hot dog, make no mistake about it. How do you think I got here?" — Lisa Vanderpump
During the girls' strange trip to the Burbank film festival they decided to hit up the concession stands in their elegant dresses and lavish bling. If they didn't stand out like a sore thumb already, they draw even more attention to themselves by asking the concession stand worker what he would recommend between a hot dog or chicken tenders, like these girls haven't had a hot dog or tenders before. It seems that Lisa is quite familiar with a hot dog, which causes her to blurt out the line above.
"A unitard on screen? It's better than being spread eagle." — Kyle Richards
Kyle says the phrase after watching Eileen Davidson's journey through outer space in her Burbank film festival movie. While we know that Kyle is known for doing her splits, it seems that she isn't one for doing them completely naked, or onscreen for that matter.
"Colorado's too close, maybe West Africa in that city Ebola came from." — Brandi Glanville
Brandi and Kyle are far from making up come the end of the episode, and we don't think that they will be friendly anytime soon, especially once Kyle hears that Brandi wants her to move to West Africa to catch Ebola.
"Well, you do all need an intervention." — Lisa Rinna
The wisest words of the night award goes to Lisa R., who during her meeting with Brandi, explains that all of the housewives need some form of intervention.
Tune in next Tuesday for an all-new Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
