'Suits' Season 4 Recap: 'Fork In The Road': Will Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams Get Lost With Louis Litt?

The second half of Season 4 of Suits continues on USA Network. With their professional and personal careers at stake, will Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) suddenly end up lost in the "Fork in the Road" from Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman)?

In a flashback, Sarah (Sarah Rafferty) gets Harvey an autograph from Michael Jordan, but in return he has to have drinks with Louis. As a bike messenger, Mike meets Claire (Troian Bellisario), flirts with her, and gets her phone number. Back in the present, Mike and Harvey are going on a road trip to meet their first client together. 

Louis then meets with Harvey and offers 50 percent of his client if he goes on a road trip with him. In the flashback, Louis and Harvey are having drinks as Mike and his best friend, Trevor, arrive at their studio. Trevor owes Mike for taking the fall for him. Daniel Hardman (David Costabile) makes a bet with Mike and Harvey to see who can win partner.  

In the flashback, Louis and Harvey are pitted against each other because of Hardman. During their road trip, Louis and Mike are stuck together arguing while Harvey seems to be enjoying himself. Mike's date with Claire is going very well until she asks about his future. She wants to be in a relationship with someone who wants to help people. He lies to Claire and says he goes to Columbia, which gets him in trouble at her job. 

Between Louis and Harvey, Jessica (Gina Torres) and Hardman end up taking sides as to who will end up being partner. Beating Louis to the finish line, Harvey meets with his client without a powerpoint presentation and impresses him. Harvey then realizes Hardman was using him to get a bigger client. Back in the present, the three are arguing about who gets the steering wheel but Mike doesn't know how to drive. 

Mike and his grandmother are arguing over Trevor and the apartment. Back in the present, the three play "I-Spy," but Louis makes fun of Mike's grandmother. In the flashback, Harvey needs Louis' help to screw over Hardman. Claire's boss knows Mike isn't a law student and warns him to stay away. Even though Harvey won, Hardman chooses Louis because he will do whatever it takes. Claire ends up breaking Mike's heart and leaves. 

Louis puts Mike in a chokehold until Harvey stops the fight. Mike is sorry for lying to Louis but he is not a con man. He tells Harvey that his parents died in a car accident, which is why he can't drive. Louis knows Mike isn't a fraud, he just never went to law school. The three patch things up before getting back into the car. 

In the flashback, Sarah meets with Jessica and says she doesn't want to stand up to Hardman. Mike wants his grandmother's blessing to live with Trevor and his new apartment. Jessica hires Rachel, even though she lied about who her father is. 

At the end of their road trip, Louis promises to teach Mike how to drive, showing they are becoming friends again.
