'Suits' Season 4 Recap: 'Derailed': Are Gabriel Macht, Patrick J. Adams In Trouble With Louis Litt?

The second half of Season 4 of Suits continues with an all-new episode on USA Network. With their professional careers at stake, will Harvey Specter (Gabriel Macht) and Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams), and Louis Litt (Rick Hoffman) end up 'Derailed' by their new court case?

In bed, Rachel (Meghan Markle) fools around with Mike but a call from Professor Gerard (Stephen Macht) interrupts them. Gerard needs Mike to take his case and bribes him using the fact he didn't go to law school. Jeff (D.B. Woodside) meets with Jessica (Gina Torres) because he wants to take her to Paris.

Louis is mad when he doesn't hear his name in the phone messages. Because they're friends again, Rachel advises Louis to let it go. Donna (Sarah Rafferty) warns him that Jeffrey Bender wants to meet with him. Mike discovers his whistleblower was fired because he knew there were faulty sensors. 

Mike doesn't want the company to settle quietly, but Harvey thinks he's making a big mistake. While Jessica is cooking dinner, Jeff wants to talk about their romantic trip to Paris. The trip sounds perfect, which is why Jessica says yes. Knowing he's going to crash the meeting, Donna wants Harvey to let Mike be his own man. 

Louis wants Rachel to fire the receptionist, but she wants to charge him with harassment. He then goes to Jessica and complains about the support staff. She talks to Jeff, who was paying the staff not to say his name in the phone calls. Mike meets with Evan Smith (Tricia Helfer), who has a report that proves his whistleblower was lying. 

While Mike confronts his whistleblower about his credibility, Jeff meets with Louis and shows him the new phone message. Louis wants to make it up with Jeff and offers him drinks. Working late, Rachel advises Mike to go to Harvey and  tell him what happened. At Harvey's place, Mike is arguing with his mentor not to pull the plug on his case. In 24 hours, Mike has to find a way to get his case back on track.

After hearing Mike out, Donna figures out a way to get the documents he needs. Jeff tells Jessica he's willing to have a drink with Louis because he loves her. Finally, Mike convinces Harvey to help him set a wrong thing right. 

Harvey is smitten with Evan and tells her he's in love. During the meeting, Harvey and Mike force the company to make a public admission. Jeff and Louis are enjoying themselves at the bar. Jessica wants to tell the truth about Mike because she's in love with Jeff. Harvey then meets with Evan, who shows him a video of Donna gathering evidence. There won't be a settlement because of her. 

Jeff then tells Jessica what happened with Louis, figured out she was lying to him, and breaks up with her.
