MStars News has learned that one member of the hit '90s group Brownstone, Charmayne Maxwell, died, over the weekend after suffering from a fatal fall in Los Angeles.

Family, fans and celebrities everywhere are starting to react to the shocking death of the beautiful singer. TMZ reported that the Danish media are claiming that the puzzling fall was an "accident." Maxwell was at a soccer game when she fell to her death. According to BET, family members are investigating the tragic death to see if Maxwell committed suicide. The girl group was signed to Michael Jackson's MJJ label and had hits including "If You Love Me," "Grapevyne," "5 Miles to Empty" and "Pass the Lovin." Maxwell was married to Danish music producer Carsten Soulshock for 20 years and has one son.

According to the Inquisitr, the singer's father died in December. Maxwell often opened up her life to followers on her social media accounts.
Teisha Lott Brown, a member of the singing group, shared a photo of the trio and wrote: "I just need to be by you 1 more time on stage MAX! #BROWNSTONE #FOREVER R.I.H. I miss you already!! My heart is so heavy. I LOVE YOU SISTER!!"

One day before the singer died, her pal and bandmate Nicci Gilbert posted a throwback photo of the girls with Robin Thicke.
