'RHOBH' Kim Richards Pit Bull Attack Drama Amid Lisa Rinna Sobriety Feud: Bravo Producers Bash New Doggy Claims

Boy does Kim Richards have a lot of drama in her life these days. Not only is The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills dealing with onscreen issues with her co-stars, but the actress is also still in the throws of a lawsuit regarding her pit bull, Kingsley. While she has been battling it out with Lisa Rinna on the series over her sobriety issues, in the real world she is fighting with Kay Rozario who has filed a lawsuit against Kim and her pup.

According to Radar Online, Rozario, who was attacked by Kim's dog last year, has also filed a grievance against Bravo's production company, Evolution.

"Evolution knew that the representation that it made about Kingsley, claiming that he was not dangerous, were false," Rozario's legal document stated. "Evolution had prior knowledge the dog was dangerous and that the dog had previously attacked a person the set of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills PRIOR to the broadcast of the episode."

However, the production company isn't having any of it, saying that they never stated that the dog was harmless, as during the same episode as the one Kay mentions in her deposition, Kingsley attacked his trainer. Due to this information coming to light, the producers are looking at the judge to throw out the case.

80-year-old Rozario spoke out to The New York Daily News about the attack last year where she gave a play-by-play as to what occurred.

"Kim was lying on the bed talking, and all of a sudden out of nowhere, the dog starts biting me," Kay recalls. "I'm trying to pull back, but the dog has hold of me with its teeth. I fall backwards onto [the] floor with blood spurting everywhere. There was blood all over the place."

The case is still being investigated and it waits to be seen if Bravo and Kim will be at fault for the attack.

Kim often takes to her Instagram page to post adorable pictures of her pup. She posted the following one last year with the caption, "this right here is truly MY BEST FRIEND!!!!!! I LOVE YOU KINGSLEY."
