'19 Kids & Counting' Anna & Josh Duggar First Baby Picture, Family Shows Off Sonogram Pic & Make Abortion PSA

The Duggar family just keeps growing and growing. 19 Kids and Counting stars Josh and Anna Duggar are about to add a fourth child to their immediate family giving their extensive family a brand new niece or nephew to fawn over. The eldest member of the Duggar family and his wife are proud parents to Mackynzie, Michael and Marcus, but are about to bring a new member to the clan, and the stars shared the first photo of the still unborn child.

Anna has been keeping her fans and followers in the loop through her social media pages, and the reality star took to her Twitter page on Tuesday, March 3, to share the first picture of her unborn child, as well as reveal the gender of the new bundle of joy.

"We're thrilled to announce we'll be welcoming a daughter into our family in July," the star captioned the adorable sonogram. The sepia toned picture also included clip art saying, "it's a girl," and "#19Kids."

Josh and Anna also used the sonogram pictures to spread awareness about abortion on their Instagram account. The parents-to-be reposted a picture from the FRC Action account that shows an unborn baby with the words, "She feels pain in the womb. Help us protect babies from the pain of abortion. Make your voice heard at frcaction.org."

According to E! News, Josh also took to his Instagram account, where him and his wife posted a video speaking out on the pain of abortion.

"Every day in America, thousands of little girls, just like ours suffer pain from abortion," the 19 Kids star wrote. "Help save babies lives by calling on Congress to pass the Pain Capable Unborn Child Protection Act."
