Battlefield: Hardline from Visceral Games hits shelves on March 17, 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, but EA Access members can start playing as early as the 12th. According to GameRant, we can expect a familiar episodic feel to this new Battefield, with 10 "episodes" of gameplay that feel like a season of a TV series, lasting about one hour each. In this new gameplay launch trailer, we get a pretty good taste of this new "series," especially the gritty story behind it all.

In a recent interview posted to the official EA Games blog, Battlefield: Hardline Lead Multiplayer Designer Thad Sasser opened up about the game's multiplayer mode.
"I think one of the biggest challenges is the size of the team. It's not just the size, it's the fact that the team is distributed across multiple regions," Sasser explained. "Communication through time zones is a real challenge. The best solution is a lot of travel, but that adds its own personal stress."
