'Star Wars Battlefront' Gameplay Footage Premieres April 2015 At Annual Star Wars Celebration

We can expect some brand new gameplay footage of the highly anticipated video game Star Wars Battlefront to premiere next month at the 2015 Star Wars Celebration. Thanks to a new Blog post over at EA Games, we learned that the event running from April 16 to 19 will have some great updates for the video game, just as the teaser trailer for the project promised us last year! According to IGN, EA announced that it would attend next month's event, leading us to believe that gameplay footage would premiere. This week, we learned that Star Wars Battlefront would indeed get a showcase in April!

"You've been patient young Padawans, and soon your patience will be rewarded," the new blog post stated this week. "It seems like such a long time ago (at an E3 press conference far, far away) since we announced we were working on Star Wars^TM Battlefront^TM. Last year, we promised you would 'See More in Spring 2015.' Spring is coming. We're thrilled to share that Star Wars Battlefront will be taking part in Star Wars^TM Celebration next month in Anaheim, CA from April 16-19. We could not think of a better or more appropriate place to debut the game officially for the first time than the premier event that celebrates the Star Wars universe and the legions of fans who have fallen in love with it."
