Teen Mom 2 star Chelsea Houska has been letting the world know how much she's in love with boyfriend Cole DeBoer. The MTV mom must be in an engagement state of mind after posting positive messages on her Twitter. "Whatever you hold in your mind will tend to occur in your life. If you continue to believe as you have always believed, you will continue to act as you have always acted," the reality star retweeted. "If you continue to act as you have always acted, you will continue to get what you have always gotten. If you want different results in your life or your work, all you have to do is change your mind."

This isn't the only time recently little Aubree's mom has dished out advice to her 1.4 million followers. With Chelsea's new outlook on life, she wanted fans to know to keep striving for the best when it comes to relationships. "Don't settle...and keep your standards high! As MStars News reported, the MTV star has been thinking a lot about weddings and marriage lately. In a recent Twitter post, she wrote "Aaaaaand im crying. So sweet" to an article and video about NASCAR driver Brian Scott reciting his vows to his step-daughter. It must have reminded Chelsea of the day when Cole could be reciting vows to her daughter Aubree.
