Scott Disick & Kourtney Kardashian Splitting Up? Breakup & Custody Battle Rumors Following Disick's Return From Rehab, Relationship 'Hanging By A Thread'

Are Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick splitting up again? According to Hollywood Life, an insider told Life & Style that Kardashian and Disick are breaking up. The on-again, off-again couple has weathered breakup rumors before, but the source said this time, they're serious. Allegedly, Kardashian is fed up with her longtime partner's "hard partying and free spending ways," Hollywood Life reports, and she's "kicking him out of the couple's eight million dollar Calabasas mansion."

The source reportedly told Life & Style that Disick will allegedly counter by seeking joint custody of the couple's three children. According to Life & Style's insider, Disick is after Kardashian's money. "He will fight for joint custody of the kids - which basically means he wants to continue to get paid," the source said. "Scott's no dummy[...]Scott will hire the top lawyers in LA to take as much of Kourtney's wealth as he possibly can." The source added, "Losing partial custody of her children is terrifying for Kourtney, but if she also has to continue paying for Scott and his antics, too, it would be the end of her world."

However, a different source reportedly told Hollywood Life that Kardashian hasn't kicked Disick out of the house, "yet." According to the exclusive source, Kardashian allegedly "isn't going to leave him right now. She's standing by him, but their relationship is hanging by a thread. Scott isn't any better - he's not taking his sobriety seriously at all." Breakup rumors started circulating when Disick returned from rehab, allegedly a paid stint in treatment, a source reportedly told Hollywood Life. This hasn't been confirmed, but in a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Khloe Kardashian hinted at Disick's "shady" behavior.

Given how frequently rumors of a Disick-Kardashian breakup seem to circulate, it's fair to say the couple will probably make it through another season of KUWTK.
