No Baby Dilly Yet! Jill Duggar Still Pregnant, Volunteering to Kill Time With Husband Derick Dillard [PHOTOS]

And the countdown for Baby Dilly continues! MStars News has learned that Jill Duggar Dillard is still pregnant and hasn't shown any sign of going into labor just yet. According to Derick and Jill's Instagram pages, the couple are now approaching 40 weeks as the world and fans of 19 Kids & Counting still await the arrival of their first son. To kill time, it appears the Dillards have been volunteering. Jill wrote: "Volunteering at the Compassion Center this morning in Springdale, AR," in the Instagram post over the weekend.

The couple had their fingers crossed that their son would arrive on the one-year anniversary of their engagement. Derick wrote: "I wonder if #babydilly will decide to come on the one year anniversary of my engagement to @jillmdillard this weekend."

The couple's son has been considered to be a "Honeymoon baby," as they celebrate how their love story unfolded with their engagement. The happily married reality stars shared photos of their engagement moment with their fans.

Derick popped the question in March 2014, as a fast wedding followed that June.

Jill was the first daughter of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar to tie the knot last summer, but she isn't the first to have their grandchild.

MStars News learned that Jill's oldest brother Josh and his wife Anna are expecting their fourth child this year as well. The couple revealed that they were expecting a baby girl.
