Busy Moms and Twins, Tamera Mowry Housley and Tia Mowry Hardrict Announce Release of new book, Twintuition: Double Vision

You can't keep up with twins, Tia and Tamera Mowry! These two mothers are truly revealing what it takes to be a mom and stay busy!

MStars News has learned that Tia Mowry Hardrict and Tamera Mowry Housley just released their now book, Twintuition: Double Vision. The release of the new book was announced on Tamera's talk show, The Real, where she gave fans insight into the new children's read. 

It seems that the show wasn't enough for the expecting mother as she acted as a guest on her own show and told co-host Loni Love and Tamar Braxton about the new book.

"Along with my sister, it's called Twintuition: Double Vision and this is something that we've always wanted to do. As kids we loved to read, my mom said it was really important for us to get our nose in books," the twin said. "Now that I became a mom we feel like this was just the natural thing for us to do because a lot of our fans are moms, they're are growing up with us and to me I think it's really important to have children read. It encourages creativity, it encourages their imagination so this is something we had to do."

Tamera even read part of the book to young girls in her audience Tuesday on The Real.

Tia, who has been having a headache over drama surrounding her husband, Cory Hardrict, also managed to stay positive to promote the new book.

Tia, who's also acting on Nickelodeon and gearing up for a cooking show, just announced that she will also release a new cook book!

"Whole New You will be Mowry's first cookbook and will feature the whole food diet that helped her overcome endometriosis and chronic migraines. Whole New You will also offer mini cleanses, simple recipes and easy, healthier, pantry switches."
