Kim Richards is probably having one of the worst weeks of her life, not only did the sober Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star relapse after a night drinking at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge, but she was also arrested for resisting police, battery of a cop, and even trespassing. Well if that wasn't enough for the star to deal with, the court case revolving around her pit bull, Kingsley, is also playing out in court, and there is a hefty price tag that is coming along with the pup attacking her friend, Kay Rozario.

According to the Inquistr, while Kim and the 80-year-old woman have been battling it out in court for the last couple of months, it seems the Rozario has come to a monetary value that will make her happy in the case, and it is to the tune of $1 million.

That's right, Kay is asking for Richards to pay her seven figures for damages that she experienced stemming from the incident.

"Default Judgment Against Defendant Kim Richards in the amount of $1,050,000.00," Bill Zuhdi, Kay's attorney wrote in the papers that were filed yesterday, April 22.

While Kay has been a lifelong friend of Richards, it doesn't seem like their friendship will survive the huge payout.

Zuhdi spoke out to Radar Online, explaining why him and his client decided to ask for such a high price in the lawsuit, saying that it not only to cover the medical bills, but also because of Kim's attitude after the incident.

"We feel that this is an appropriate amount of money due to Kay Rozario's disfigurement, pain and suffering," the attorney explained. "We also based the amount requested on Kim Richards' conduct after the attack."
