'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice Divorce After Joe Cheating Scandal & Lack of Visits - Inmate Exposes All

It looks like Teresa Giudice has taken a long, hard look in the mirror during her time in prison and is making some huge life changes -- some that will heavily impact her life when she comes out of the slammer. One of the revelations that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star has come to is that she is better off without her hubby Joe Giudice. That's right, Teresa is thinking of calling it quits with her husband of many years by getting a divorce.

According to Radar Online, it seems that the rumors circling that Joe cheated on Teresa while she was has been away, and also the fact that he has skipped out on visits to see her, has really hurt mother of four and she is just fed up with his drama.

A former inmate, who was close to the reality star while she was in prison, spoke out to the news site saying that Giudice had lawyers visit her while she has been locked up to talk about getting a divorce from Joe.

"She has had lawyers come at times," the inmate explained to the news site. "After one came, they said it was a divorce lawyer."

However, the divorce rumors might be just that... rumors, as Joe explained in an interview with Extra that he brings his four daughter Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana to see his wife every weekend.

However, the insider took shot at those reports too, claiming that it is Joe's mother-in-law that brings the kids most of the time.

"He doesn't even know [the system] because he hasn't been there," the inmate explained. "Her mother comes with the kids more than he does."
